Why is it called The Ink Casino?

Back in the late 1940s, my mother and aunt built a small print shop in the basement of their home in Youngstown, Ohio. They dubbed it The Ink Casino, and it was a popular place to visit for other hobby printers and writers from the American Amateur Press Association who might be passing through town. The heart of The Ink Casino was Sigwalt (pictured), a 5x7 side lever printing press (also known in letterpress circles as an Ideal #4). I inherited the printing press and the name (as well as a bit of printer's ink running through my veins).
